Identify FEAR and dismantle what is holding you back?

FEAR STOPS GROW
FEAR BLINDS HOPE
FEAR HOLDS BACK BELIEF
IDENTIFY FEAR
When FEAR is removed, it is empowering. If your nervous system is safe you can do significant and fascinating things.
Internally, when your nervous system detects fear, you can’t even sit in your room without being hyper-vigilant. This depends so much on our internal perception of safety.
Hebrews 13:6 – NLT
So we can say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?”
Where is fear stopping you from believing in your life?
Where do you experience FEAR? Identify and dismantle what is holding you back?
MIND SET
What are you meditating on? Where are you allowing things to grow? Years ago I watched a demonstration of how to handle every thought that comes in your mind. This one simple phrase “Who are you and where did you come from?”. It is that simple. Taking every thought captive! Taking control of your thought life is a game changer.
WHAT ARE YOU SAYING
The words that we speak have so much power and shape our world. As well as the lives of others we lead. Evaluate what is coming out. What comes out of us is a direct reflection of what is going in. The areas of TV, media, social-media, music, books, family, friends, and places you go. They all have a direct impact on what we are saying.
WHAT OTHERS THINK
A major fear blocker and stopper is people pleasing. Caring more about what others might thing of you. I remember a time when my husband and I were in a leadership position and needed to make a change FOR 5 YEARS! What a waste of my time and life looking back. How dumb, we feared the change and the possible cause and effect of our decision. Ultimatley we cared more about what and how other people thought of us rather than following our GUT. That is where HOLY SPIRT resides and leads and guides us if we pay attention to HIS leading.
OBEDIENCE IS A DISAPLINE
You cannot walk in a place you never took the time to develope and establish a discipline.
The mature children of God are those[j] who are moved by the impulses of the Holy Spirit. 15 And you did not receive the “spirit of religious duty,”[k] leading you back into the fear of never being good enough.[l] But you have received the “Spirit of full acceptance,”[m] enfolding you into the family of God. And you will never feel orphaned, for as he rises up within us, our spirits join him in saying the words of tender affection, “Beloved Father!”[n] 16 For the Holy Spirit makes God’s fatherhood real to us as he whispers into our innermost being, “You are God’s beloved child!”
17 And since we are his true children, we qualify to share all his treasures, for indeed, we are heirs of God himself. And since we are joined to Christ, we also inherit all that he is and all that he has.[o] We will experience being co-glorified with him provided that we accept his sufferings[p] as our own.[q]

LEADERS PRAY
The key to the greatest leader-development is this one “complex area”….. of one’s prayer life. Learning to take the things you fear and not hold onto them. Rather, ask for help with what you have. Learning to trust the whispers from heaven. He loves you and wants you to conquer your fears! Begin with childlike belief. Allow the child to come alive within. Raise your sword!
Lift your shield!
Wear your faith!
